At zero flesh you are down, not dead. Comrades have fourteen seconds to reach you. Bleed out and the company spends a reinforcement to drop you back in. When reinforcements run dry, the dead stay dead. When nobody stands, the operation fails.

Red on the floor is a promise. Step out of it. Every heavy blow is telegraphed.

Service experience carries between sessions. Levels unlock classes, doctrines and small permanent gains.
